This notice explains how SCS Testing collects, uses and protects information submitted through website inquiries.
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact name, company name, phone number or email address, selected service and inquiry details. For attribution, we also retain the on-site landing path, referrer domain and approved UTM parameters; arbitrary query parameters are not stored in attribution fields.
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, clarify product and target-market requirements, coordinate project communication, maintain necessary service and security records, and prepare anonymous conversion summaries.
Inquiry and audit records are retained only as required for business communication, compliance and security, then deleted or anonymized under internal procedures. Rate-limit records contain only an irreversible client hash and expire automatically.
Website inquiries are first stored in the SCS Testing administration system. When notification transport is not configured, the system does not claim a message was sent. Any future approved provider will receive only the minimum information needed for notification.
The website uses necessary security cookies and random anonymous identifiers to measure page views, referrer domains, landing pages, device categories, inquiries, calls, emails and WeChat contact actions. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not retained in analytics; coarse country data is recorded only when supplied by a trusted proxy.
To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact Guangdong SCS Testing Certification (Group) Co., Ltd. at scs@scsgroup.com.cn. We will verify and process the request under applicable requirements.
